Services include: radio coverage planning and optimization, network dimensioning and architecture, solutions delivery customization and datafill, capacity planning and customer tier 2 technical support .Selected Contributions: Established the CDMA services team in Israel for Ericsson serving the EMEA region Lead an international team of telecommunications planning engineers in Israel, Czech Republic Led the design and implementation of CDMA networks in Sweden, Norway and Denmark Establish and lead the customer support team for networks in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Nigeria, Angola and Russia Lead a Competency Transfer program to establish a parallel team in India

Specialize in planning communication infrastructures for railways..Selected Contributions: Established the multidisciplinary telecommunications engineering teams in Russia and Ukraine Lead an international team of telecommunications planning engineers in Israel, Russia and Ukraine Provide the engineering for the GSM-R (GSM for Railway) networks in Lithuania, Bulgaria and Turkey national rail infrastructures Deliver the engineering services for Hot wireline, Palestinian Telecom wireline, Pelephone CDMA and Israel Air force optical networks. Lead the engineering and deployment of the TeleSystems Ukraine CDMA network, BWC GSM network in Irkutsk , Comstar Russian Federation transit network as well as several regional wireline networks in Russia, Kazakhstan and Croatia Successful engineering and deployment of the Pelephone CDMA 3G network, involving over 880 base stations throughout Israel. This project involved radio coverage and optimization in one of the densest cellular networks in the world. Integration with Pelephone OSS system (TTI Nettrac) Successful engineering and deployment of the Orange UMTS 3G network involving 1300 base stations throughout Israel Led BSS integration of Hot VoCable Sigma Provisioning System, Billing Integration of Go Mobile in Malta
