At Round Table Connections, we focus on developing opportunities for people to connect authentically and safely. Using a Strengths Based Approach, we create space for organisations and individuals to understand the importance of Values, Culture and Values in Action, and then share and listen to each other to help grow personally, and together for the betterment of their communities.We facilitate conversations to develop transformation in Values, Culture, Values in Actions and Healthy Conversations. We provide safe environments for participants to share, listen and grow together, to improve outcomes in workplaces, schools and organisations in the community. Developing effectiveness in teams is crucial, and workshops allow for all members to have a voice. At its core, our purpose is to build and foster genuine connection based on agreed values and respect between people of all ages, backgrounds and genders.At Round Table Connections, we follow a set of simple rules based around our belief that by sharing and listening to each other, we can grow personally and together for the community around us. In 2008 I travelled to San Diego, USA, to train in the SPARK PE program. On my return to Australia, I completed the the Prep-2 and 3-6 Trainer courses and was able to train Victoria and NSW Physical Education teacher in the SPARK PE program.
