I joined KJ Rail in September 2011 as business development manager when there were 4 of us in the office there are now close to 30 of us in the new Head Office, another 150 or so Track Operatives and nearly 170 apprentices. I had a sideways promotion to operations manager, each day was different and exciting just ensuring the jobs get done quickly and.

I met and interviewed prospective clients,then designed scripted storyboards for the proposed film.I then worked on the film as Director or Cameraman before consulting on the edit. Taking payment on agreement, then on delivery.
