Dave Rubin has spent the past 20 plus years with LyondellBasell Industries, a leading manufacturer of petrochemicals, polymers and fuels in a variety of different commercial roles. He is currently responsible for managing LyondellBasell’s Chemical Sales in North and Latin America. Prior positions with LyondellBasell Industries included Executive Account Manager for their Intermediates and Derivatives business, Business Manager for Lyondell Chemical’s global Ethylene Oxide and Glycol, Sales Manager for Lyondell Chemical’s Performance and Intermediate Chemical Field Sales and Business Development Manager where Dave directed Lyondell’s (then ARCO Chemical) initiative to expand their global position in the coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers industries. Prior to joining LyondellBasell, Dave served as Senior Business Account Manager with E.I. DuPont Automotive. He was responsible for the commercial and marketing strategies, operating policies, technical support and supply of E.I. DuPont’s latest technologies at key OEM automotive accounts.He has also held multiple positions of increased responsibility with General Dynamics in Pomona, California, and began his career in the automotive industry working with General Motors and New United Motors Manufacturing Inc. in supervisory roles. Dave received a BS degree in Business Management/Marketing from California State University, Chico. He is also an avid backpacker, mountain climber, golfer, and wine enthusiast.
