Successfully delivered 1 New Street Square - a high quality commercial and retail development for Land Securities, and also completed projects at IQL Stratford for Lendlease Developments. IQL S6 currently occupied by TfL, which was shortly followed by the completion of the 20 storey IQL S5 which is predominantly occupied by the FCA. Subsequently delivered IQL S9 for Lendlease developments completed in July 2019. Other developments that I have been involved include the demolition of Sampson House on the south bank and Bankside Yards West both for Native Land. Residential experience has extended to Camden Town, a complex of several residential blocks and major retail development involving a 20 metre basement build adjacent to The Regent Canal. Works involved extensive negotiations and management with Network Rail and TFL. Delivery completion in March 2021.Listed building developments have included redevelopment of The Royal Exchange, creating a euphoria of independent retail outlets and bringing the building up to current competitive retail and marketing opportunities.

Responsible for the project delivery team on developments for Tesco Stores Ltd. Projects involve Express and Metro units, and commercial retail extensions to warehouse facilities within the business portfolio. Duties include daily organisation of contract programmes and contractor/sub contractor liaison, and production of monitoring reports for senior management with the Tesco organisation. Project values range from 500K to 2M, Dealing in total with over 50 contracts at various stages across the team of 8 staff. Developing model costing and specifications for the business and improving construction methods to reduce programme times are other key accountabilities.
