Supplier follow-up (Spirit AeroSystems) :- Participation in internal technical and operational meetings (Airbus only) and meetings with the supplier.- Dialogue with various Spirit AeroSystems people to obtain and understand information.- Transfer of “raw” progress data into a spreadsheet (which I first took in hand, then adapted as the project progressed) to understand and measure the evolution of the various products expected from the supplier.- Reporting to team members to prepare the various Airbus departments and guide dialogue with the supplier.IV. End-to-End project manager for the design and manufacture of test benches:- Drafting of technical specifications to meet customer requirements- Sizing of the test bed (size, engine power, specific equipment, etc.), enabling the project to be costed.- Drawing up quotations- Creation and follow-up of schedules (MS Project, ProjeQtOr)- Design hydraulic circuits for test benches (Autodesk CAD)- Selection of hydraulic components from supplier catalogs- Contact with suppliers (ensure suitability of chosen component, request for quotation and lead time)- Internal coordination with Design Office and fitters- Customer contactII.
