Deployment of ProjeQtOr (project management tool) :- Discovering and getting to grips with the software- Carry out tests to understand how the software works and simulate its implementation in the company- Parameterization of the software to best meet the company's needs- Creation of training materials for employees (different materials for different positions).III.
