The PMO department is responsible for managing and processing the bank's requests, including regulatory, IT, and operational initiatives.As a Business Analyst, the role involves:• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and understand business needs and objectives.• Gather and document both business and process requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.• Identify and recommend solutions to drive strategic and operational improvements that address business challenges.• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure seamless solution implementation.• Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation to outline current and future states, including cost, risk, constraints, and planning.• Oversee testing phases to validate solutions and ensure successful delivery before production deployment.

In the purpose of the migration from Olympic banking system to an in-house solution for CapitalAtWork Wealth Management (Foyer Insurance group), I worked in the project management team for the Core Banking System Transformation and intervened in the full scope of the project, from the development team, management team, to the final testing with users:• Follow-up of the Business Analysts and link with the development team to ensure a successful delivery process• Define priorities of the next development sprints with the development team manager• Analysis of business team needs, prioritization and definition of workarounds• Deliver progress reports• Management of the user testings and trainings with the Test Manager• Define and analysis different types of KPI (workload capacity, etc.) to drive the project• Preparation and follow-up of the hyper care migration• Organization of different kind of meetings and minutes (steering committee, etc.)
