Miro3D was founded out of my passion for both technology and real estate investing. When I first saw the Matterport technology, I realized how much potential it had to impact more than just one industry. Real estate being one of the slower changing industries, somewhat isolated from major efficiency gains due to technology, is now in the middle of a full revolution. Everything is changing from the way contracts are signed, to big data analytics, web base management tools, and online marketing. New efficiencies in this industry are here to stay and Miro3D is helping to usher in next generation technology in one of the most fun ways, 3D. Real estate investing wasn't always a passion of mine. In fact, I didn't even think twice about it until I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad. I can remember very few single instances that changed my view of business and investing; certainly none more influential than this very basic book. It simply explained to me something I never learned before, how money works. Since then I have bought, rented, and sold many addresses and though I have made more than one large mistake, I have learned an awful lot along the way that has opened many doors and provided far more security than otherwise.
