My goal is to enhance Efficiency, Safety, and Profitability in Mineral Processing processes.

Responsible for the erection, and commissioning of the 3Ts processing factory.Offering training to less skilled process and met labo operators.Organising and managing all technical operations.

My essential responsibilities as metallurgist are:• To lead a team of metallurgy staff in a safe and efficient manner• Conduct plant surveys/sampling and analysis of results • Deliver Metallurgical test works• Supervise the Metallurgical Laboratory, wherein Test works are usually done to Optimise the performance of the plant• In charge of the upgrade section; wherein different test works are done to upgrade the concentrates production from Mine, Artisanal and Mineral Processing Plant.• Prepare the plant daily, weekly and monthly Met accounting and production report.
