Took an expatriate assignment in Japan to lead the Infrastructure workstream of the SAP transformation project at JCI-Hitachi's Tochigi mini-split air conditioning manufacturing plant. Led the project team to successful delivery of network, SAP application hosting, PC application deployment in conjunction with an international team of subject matter experts. Overcame obstacles to deliver project objectives on time and within budget. The SAP plant went live as planned on January 8th 2018 with no significant issues. During the project, I filled the vacant position of Global Infrastructure director, leading the JCI-Hitachi infrastructure team and delivering steady state services. I recruited and trained my successor at the end of the assignment.
