Scope:All applications restricted to cement and aggregates perimeter.Manage Technical infrastructures all along their lifecycle, from implementation to decommissioningEnsure Incidents, Requests and Change managementResponsibilities :- Ensures the provisioning of new software packages and upgrades.- Maintains the infrastructure in operational condition in line with service-level agreements.- Ensures services are delivered in accordance with agreed customer requirements and that they continue to meet or exceed expectations.- Monitors and tracks system performance against negotiated SLAs.- Monitors outsourced teams and activities.- Communicates improvement, updates and obsolescence management of products to the IT Manager.- Performs the ITIL based support processes that include incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management.- Analyses console messages, diagnoses system failures and takes corrective action in order to ensure continuity of operations, escalating to other technical teams and vendors as needed.- Supervises system backup processing, and participates to disaster recovery tests.- Identifies and implements technologies and processes that improve the reliability, efficiency and availability of the systems environment.- Promote actions ensuring that deployed solutions are compliant with security policies and preserved from vulnerabilities.- Manages end user services (accounts, access rights…) in accordance with the need to know principle.Competences, Methods & Tools :- Virtualisation technologies- Monitoring platforms (centreon)- Operating Systems, Windows Servers, Linux- Databases Oracle, Microsoft SQL, OpenSource DB- Scripting development (PowerShell)- Capacity to manage confidential information

My responsibilities include the availability and the best response time of all the databases used in several applications and websites. I must provide also a recovery plan in case of issues happening in one of them.

I've joined HSEE (Holcim services EMEA) after the new governance strategy in October 2012. I take part of a team doing support of all the logistic and automat applications of the european perimeter covered by HSEE.I improved my skills with the new softwares implemented during EBM project :LOGON : Order taking and sheduling tool for logistic centers.FENICS : Dispatching tool for plants.
