Professional Civil Engineer in DC, VA and MD with over 25 years of experience in site planning and land development design. As a Group Leader for our urban design team, my focus has been on projects in and around Washington, DC including a variety of commercial, educational, residential, adaptive reuse and mixed-use projects. I have become a leading expert on the new, stringent DC Stormwater Management regulations and maintain positive relationships with staff and supervisors at DC Water, DOEE and DDOT.I am an active member of DCBIA's Construction and Development Committee and DCBIA's Public Policy and Regulation Committee as well as an active member of Washington Building Congress (WBC) and am currently serving as the Vice Chair of WBC's Regional Development Committee.
