1. Oversees end to end process and daily operations (inbound, sorting, outbound and return)2. Responsible to monitor, report, and achieve key operational metrics (Order to Delivery, Productivity, Cost, Throughput, etc.)3. Set up manpower allocation plan based on forecast volume (weekly and daily) 4. Ensure hub operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training hub employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals5. Train and manage hub team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short and long-term performance goals6. Executes improvement initiatives across hubs7. Maintain documentation and ensures accurate records of hub activities
