I joined Procos SpA in February 2024, after more than 11 years of successful experience as a Global Business Development Manager at WR Grace, a global leader in specialty chemicals and materials.With a BS degree in Chemistry and a strong background in synthetic organic chemistry, I have a deep technical understanding of the complex needs and challenges of our customers. I leverage this expertise to offer them customized solutions for the development and production of small molecule APIs and advanced intermediates, following the highest standards of quality, compliance, and innovation. I also have a proven track record of delivering value-based selling, project management, and technical support, as well as identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
