Recruiting respondents for focus groups- just as it was at Focus Pointe Global. The same kind of work. Communicating with people over the phone, and internet looking for the best candidates for projects that I work on. I call and email people all day long.

Package handling for all different carriers such as Fed Ex, UPS, USPS. Use of POS system, scanning outgoing and incoming packages for customers. Sorting mail and packages for customers with accounts and mailboxes at our location. Provide and give the best shipping options for customers , anything from UPS Ground to USPS priority mail. Packing items for customers. Copy, scan and faxing documents. Closing the store.

• Collected respondent data for various projects and invited qualified respondents to our focus group studies. The focus group studies are used to obtain customer feedback on any given new product not yet on the market. It requires good phone etiquette and a friendly voice. I called both consumers and business executives. • Read questionnaires followed by scanning and emailing them to my managers for final approval. • Provided customer service to respondent inquires and complaints.• Worked and consulted with project managers on how to improve questionnaires and make necessary changes to requirements to increase productivity on the project. • Using email to communicate with staff and respondents when needed• Basic office skills such as copying, scanning• Database management. Updating respondents’ records including email, phone number, and company they work for.

Conducting telephone surveys with respondents all over the country on bank services, retail stores, technology. It involved a lot of dialing, and a lot of talking. In addition to being an interviewer , I would open the office on some occasions. I also did some light copy work.
