Buildings include high rise residential and commercial buildings located in Manhattan and across the north east.Providing our clients with oversight and documentation of construction. Review of project compliance with plans, specifications, and agreements. Objective analysis of budgets and requisitions, along with assessment of construction schedule feasibility. Anticipation of risks related to project performance. Recommendations for funding of payment requests and management of related document/information flow. Protection of clients’ interests and investments. OPERATIONS & BUSINESS STRATEGY:Group operations lead including oversight of our database, automated construction reports and marketing materials. Management of our support staff and accounting lead, responsible for revenue reporting and projections. Ongoing development of our custom BPM software to streamline workflows across the department, automate tasks, capture project data, share information, and deliver real-time reporting of key business metrics.

Locations opened in Ocean City, NJ (summer 2010) and Center City Philadelphia, PA (spring 2012).Single family home renovations, as well as spec home design and construction. Architectural services such as design and construction drawings for residential and mixed-use buildings.
