As a principal of the firm, I have assumed the responsibilities of directing and managing land development, site development, infrastructure & transportation department, marketing and contract preparation for projects. My technical expertise lies in civil, hydrology, hydraulic, Gas/Oil pipeline as well as mapping and land surveying. I have served as the program manager, project manager, design engineer, and construction manager for variety of engineering projects. My current and past programs and projects include storm water management, Storm water quality, wastewater collection and distribution, highway design, roadways and bridges, airport, flood control, GIS and conventional infrastructure improvements.I have been involved in route determination, survey, pipe support design and pipeline design of multiple projects in Iran, India. I have gained sufficient knowledge of preparation of plan & profile using Skyline & Lightning software and follow the standard guidelines for production of construction plans. I was extensively involved in preparation of construction documents, inspection and testing of materials and workmanship thru succesfull compeletion of pipeline projects.Design, Construction & Project Management, Inspection, Right-of-Way, Drafting Services I have designed and constructed over 800 KM of Oil, Gas & Distillate Products Pipelines.I have also been involved in site improvement design for residential subdivisions, multifamily apartments and shopping center which include grading, drainage, underground utilities (waterline, sanitary sewer and storm sewer), SWPPP, SWQMP, traffic control plan, flood plain study, storm run off detention pond, hydrology, hydraulic, bid documents and construction administration.
