• Doctors at home: Led development of product that enabled us to staff doctors working from home – Updated scheduling to scale how medical staff sign up for shifts – Built integration with 3rd party product to scale a network of phlebotomists for blood draws at home – Automated and created self-service for members to schedule time with Forward, built out a training platform, enabled hiring of 50 doctors in 3 months, increased uptake of members by 2x

• Led revamp of our money and transaction systems to ensure Forward stays audit ready– Revised our financial management systems. Put regression test suite in place and design a best-in-class transaction and accounting system• Introduced and rolled out feature flag systems broadly adopted by Forward engineering

• Health apps: Led development of doctor-led programs and health apps – Deployed programs: hypertension mgmt, heart health, weight mgmt, primary care, and cancer prevention– Built a product suite that enabled non-engineering resources to develop and launch programs without engineering involvement and set us on course to allow 3rd parties to develop apps on our platform– The apps and programs had a significant impact on our growth, retention, and clinical outcomes

• Launched and took the Medallia Conversations product to market – Grew customer base 15x in one year– Established partnership with WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook Messenger, and Workplace by Facebook– Scaled the enterprise grade platform to over 1M messages per day with active alerting and routing– Introduced full multimedia support, the Medallia Message Connector API, and web-based Conversations

• Revamped product for modeling energy generation integration– Led the redevelopment of a solution that assesses how to model and integrate new energy generating technology into the existing power grid of major utility companies in the US – Designed a solution that makes data entry obsolete and streamlines the user interaction for rapid iteration evaluation of load and cost

• Designed and built solution for logistical optimization within the US– Build database and user interface for capturing and optimizing route selection for 55 000 orders placed daily
