2016 and 2017 recipient is Israeli cellist Shulamit Sarid. Recipient in 2018-2019 is Israeli cellist William Weil, graduate of the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance. In 2023 this scholarship enabled the current recipient, Noa Sarid, a member of the Dior Quartet, to focus on the intensive training at the Glenn Gould School. Lessons with superb faculty and performances in outstanding venues.

The Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance is a school for music and the performing arts in Jerusalem. Established in 1933 today the school has a faculty of 160 and over 600 students and is located on the campus of the Hebrew University at Givat Ram. www.jamd.ac.il
