His survey mission analysis was used to direct future national-level tasking guidance. He authored several reports and books on the Air Order of Battle of targets of interest, performed releases sanitization of all the units reporting, and disseminated the reporting to U.S. and partner nation intelligence agencies. He designed and implemented several software applications that allowed users to point and click through their preflight duties, which led to a 400% increase in mission readiness. He was handpicked as Lead for the startup of the Field Exportable Training System (FETS) training simulator. FETS allowed Intelligence Operators to imitate flying a mission by recreating mission conditions in a simulator, preparing the operators for combat missions prior to deployment. He programmed hundreds of flight simulations using in-house tools and FETS software and oversaw the standup and accreditation of the FETS program.
