I enjoy building strong relationships, solving problems and working with new technology. I am happy to say that I have been able to fulfill my interests in engineering and operations roles for the past 30 years. For over 20 years, I have guided and developed talented teams of over 170 people. When dedicated people commit to working together, great things can happen. For every team I have led, I focus on creating a culture of collaboration, productivity and excellence. This naturally leads to achieving business goals. I have been a member of Honeywell’s leadership team for 19 years. My teams have led a diverse range of projects (i.e. facility management to construction management to detailed engineering of commercial, institutional and industrial facilities). I have led and influenced engineering, project management, Public-Private-Partnership (P3), sales and construction teams to reach strategic business objectives all over Canada. While I worked diligently to develop (and continue to develop) my technical and industry knowledge, I am most proud of my ability to create cohesive, supportive and productive teams.
