With over 12 years of experience in the medical device manufacturing industry, my core competencies include leading design transfers, implementing manufacturing plans, and driving product development from concept to full production at Third Pole Therapeutics. My mission is to enhance patient care through innovative engineering solutions, and my field of expertise lies in streamlining manufacturing processes and improving product quality. At Third Pole Therapeutics, I am committed to aligning my work with the organization's mission to deliver advanced medical devices, bringing diverse perspectives and expertise to support our team's success.In my current role, I have successfully spearheaded the manufacturing of the eNOfit & eNOcare systems, managing cross-functional teams to meet design and testing requirements efficiently. My responsibilities have included developing high-level manufacturing deliverables for the product realization phase, exemplified by our agile integration of new product introduction strategies. Previously at Fresenius Kabi USA, I led the production transfer of the Gen1 Ivenix infusion pump system, collaborating with suppliers and contract manufacturers to achieve higher quality levels and cost reductions—a testament to my dedication to manufacturing excellence and process improvement.
