I’ve successfully led teams and worked my way up to executive leadership overseeing security, risk and health & safety for the Americas.Operating in highly regulated environments, I partner with other senior leaders to shape and execute global security strategies and governance; travelling across EMEA, Asia and the Americas to instill best practice. I establish world-class regional security operations, improve security performance and streamline processes to deliver excellence.As an advocate for health, safety and wellbeing, I am certified in Mental Health First Aid and actively engage with employees to promote personal wellness and to attend CPR/AED/First Aid training. I have also completed the Rutgers University OSHA Certified General Industry Safety & Health Specialist program (over 200 hours) and led safety management programs.My forte is adapting to diverse international corporate environments and overseeing daily operations and mitigating emergency situations.
