Byte Wipes was created as an engaging family entrepreneurial adventure during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown in 2020. As the world focused on containing the spread of the virus, we identified a serious unmet need to keep our phones clean, then designed and produced a portable and easy-to-use antibacterial phone disinfectant wipe that has continued to be popular post-pandemic

Cadence Gourmet purchased Envolve Foods, LLC, a company that I founded in 2012 to utilize a European enrobing technology to produce a wide variety of products for private-label brands sold in grocery outlets and multi-unit national restaurant chains. Customers included Kroger, Earthbound Farms Organics, Costco, Sam’s Club, Luvo, Corner Bakery Cafe and Trader Joe’s.

Co-founder & CEO for food manufacturing and commercial bakery operation that grew from a single Southern California location to five facilities nationwide and became the primary supplier for 1250 Starbucks stores (fresh-daily baked goods) in Texas, Colorado, and Southern California. Bread programs were sold to over 900 restaurants nationally, with an extensive base of other multi-unit national restaurant customers including Chart House, Landry’s, Fleming’s, Buca di Beppo, Mimi’s Café, Chili’s, McCormick & Schmick’s, McDonald’s, Cheesecake Factory, and several national club and retail grocery store and club store chains, including Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart, Whole Foods, Kroger, Safeway, and Trader Joe’s. Grew the company to peak revenues of $92 million and 880 employees in 191,000 square feet of manufacturing space.

Co-founder & President of FA Industries, Inc., an importing operation that co-developed products and programs for the company’s largest customer, Trader Joe’s. Responsible for developing and importing 16 frozen entrée items for Trader Joe’s, half of which were provided by a European supplier using “enrobing” frozen food manufacturing technology.
