Industrial Managed Services is a Diagnostics Center which leverages the GE APM (SmartSignal) Solution for predictive analytics on Gas, Nuclear, Coal, and Wind Turbines. As a CRM I Manage Customer Accounts that use GE Digital APM. Responsibilities include weekly diagnostic reports and analysis of Simple and Combined Cycle Turbine Operation, Wind, Solar, Nuclear, Fossil Facilities. Mentor a Team of Analysts (CRE) whom monitor the software. Act as a subject matter expert on various pieces of equipment used on a variety of Power Facilities

Oversee the safe reliable production of a 1293MW Gas Turbine Facility. Facility is comprised of 5 Simple Cycle 7FAs, a 2x1 Combined Cycle (2 FAs and Toshiba Steam Turbine), and 34 employees. CT Liaison for the annual Budgeting and Prioritization of all NC CT Site Projects.

Co-Developer of Progress Energy's Monitoring and Diagnostic Center. Diagnostic Center was responsible for support and monitoring of 130 Gas Turbines in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. M&D Center utilized OSI/PI data acquisition and SmartSignal advanced modeling software to assist in troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.

Support Progress Energy's Combustion Turbine Department. Responsible for the support of the CT Fleet Combustion Systems. These systems are DLN 2.6 (Dry Low Nox), DLN 1.0, and MNQC (Multi Nozzle Quiet Combustor) Combustion Systems. Additional responsibilities included support of Mark VI, Mark V, Mark IV, GE Fanuc Control Systems for CT Fleet. Developed the CT Trip Reduction Program which has been responsible for $3.4M in annual maintenance cost avoidance.

Responsible for international pool of Dry Low NOx (DLN) Combustion Field Engineers. Also Responsible for the staffing and schedule of GEs Remote Tuning Center based out of Atlanta.

Field Engineer specialized in Controls (Mark IV,V,VI) and Dry Low NOx Specialist. DLN System include DLN 1.0, 2.0, 2.6, and MNQC Dual Fuel System. Work Included numerous start-ups and commissioning of Simple Cycle Turbines and Combined Cycle Turbine Facilities in the US and International.
