As the data visualization lead on GM's eCommerce efforts, I'm responsible for building the Analytics Hub dashboards from the ground up in PowerBI. I built, deployed, and maintain three different eCommerce Analytics Hubs:AccessoriesPartsDigital SubscriptionsThe first iteration of the Accessories Analytics Hub was built and deployed within five business weeks of my start at GM, and was widely hailed as a ground breaking dashboard.Multiple iterations of all three dashboards have been put into production to implement never been seen features, such as an early detection warning system for issues with data loads, dynamic tools to drive deeply into individual product sales, website performance, and customer feedback. I also built and maintain GM's internal cross-brand reservation dashboard, which tracks in near real time all reservations for all new EV and certain ICE vehicle launches. I also work within the data architecture and engineering team to help ensure effective and accurate ETL and data ingestion processes. All of my dashboards are built upon complex data models that allow seamless integration between various data sources on the front end as well as enabling end users to come away with a richer and more complete picture of reality.

As a full-time research analyst, I focus primarily on in-depth quantitative data analysis and data visualization. Recently, one of my main responsibilities has been the creation and maintenance of multiple mission critical reports / dashboards in PowerBI to replace a student tracking system provided by an external vendor. I have also been responsible for multiple public-facing reports / dashboards, some of which provide critical data about the university and others which summarize and present external, publicly available data relevant to the university’s mission. In addition, I am responsible for data extraction, cleaning, and analysis for customers within the university, as well as reporting data outside of the University to external groups such as the NIH and U.S. News. My other major roles and responsibilities involve providing data to aid in maintaining accreditation, providing grant support, performing historical data set cleaning and longitudinal analysis, responding to multiple external vendors, as well as handling a wide variety of ad hoc data requests. While I excel in data visualization within PowerBI, I am also skilled in SAS, SQL, and DAX programming, as well as in the use of various software packages, including SAS JMP.
