∗ Managed and implemented EDM 4 in a Three Tier SAP environment

∗ Maintained dot.com services which involved multiple levels of load-balanced systems such as web servers, site servers, SQL servers, and security systems. Troubleshooting requirements included detailed knowledge of entire data flow between systems versus server functions.∗ Co-developed automation for alerts, daily maintenance procedures archiving, ect∗ Assisted in building systems performance benchmarks per systems level, server level, and hardware level.∗ Responsible for supporting and documenting all critical Production systems and Staging systems in a cluster environment (over 100+ servers, and 3 EMC Symmetric Storage arrays) in a 24x7 operation. Built and configured new servers to mirror the production servers for QA and product development purposes. Hardware includes several Compaq Proliant server models, including the 1600, 6400, DL360, DL380, DL580 and 8500. Software includes Win2K, Win NT, SQL Server, IIS, and Site Server.∗ LDAP configuration and installation; configuring mapping for Site Server; SQL trouble shooting; critical data scrubs; data scrubs due to scheduled production changes; DTS; SQL Agent; backup/restore; DBCC; designed, implemented, and enforced strict deployment techniques; adhoc queries for reporting and analysis; and SQL 2000.∗ Provided general server maintenance that included installing products updates and patches to entire Production and Staging environments.∗ Migrated the Production servers from WinNT4.0 to Win2k Advance Server while still providing uninterrupted service.
