Develop tools for the IT area, I created different projects in all kind of platforms like Web pages, web services, windows services. All of those project were developed using C#.Net, MVC pattern and with MS-SQL, and MySQL as databases. Created a Web site called Call Tracker, used by the production agents to keep track of any call back that they required to do to the clients. And I Develop A notification tracking system used by the Noc team to send any subnormal behavior. For both systems I developed a user custom query reporter where the user can build their own report by selecting the fields, and were able to export to excel file. And the security for the web page I created Ldap queries in to Active Directory for different domains.Developed new plugins compatible with Confluence (Wiki by Atlassian), this was the knowledge base platform used by IT and other productions teams, for this project I used Java and MySQL for Database, most of the plugins were created to post information automatically in to the wiki.Making Analysis for new requirements.Design and Developing for any new requirements.Documentation, Deployment and Support for any created system.Responsibility and Proactivity.

For this Project my role was as a Developer for new customer requirements. Working side by side with the customer and testers, because of the Agile Methodology, which was used for this project. Desktop and Web based system (Thin and thick clients), still under development. 1 of 4 releases planned for this project is already in production. Release1 was developed under Water fall methodology, and second half of the Release2 was developed under the Agile methodology.
