Responsibilities and Duties- Implement manufacturing and supply chain operations strategy in alignment with company plan and customer needs at the different markets: Government, private, LATAM and Rest of the World.- Ensuring manufacturing operations meet product quality, regulatory, cost, volume and delivery targets, and safety obligations at the two manufacturing sites: Lerma and Mexico City.- Build and enable a culture of effective communication including encouraging an environment where all employees share openly, identify, escalate and resolve manufacturing performance issues, constraints and risks.- Build and lead a manufacturing function leadership team that drives a positive culture of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement through industry standards. Ensure that the Manufacturing Leadership team owns and drives Performance Management best practices throughout the function.- Create production tracking and quality control systems and analyze productions to determine problems and suggest processing and staffing changes.- Ensure product development team is introducing new products and meeting the requirements from customers

Responsible to effectively manage, drive and lead the local E2E Demand to Supply process ensuring continuous supply of high quality medicines on time and fulfilling demand. Through: - Effective planning and scheduling and its execution - On time in full procurement of materials and services - Agile and full compliance import, export and warehousing operations - On time in full distribution of our medicines to our customers - And overall responsibility of Supply Chain local strategy, people development, objectives definition, operation, processes, projects and results.Additional roles: TolTECA Local Project Leader (Project to phase out manufacturing activities and closure of Toluca Site). Leading the whole team project split in:• Product Transfers• Decommissioning• Business Continuity• PMO

Short term assignment: Argentina (6 months) & Brazil (6 months).• Successfully implemented QA/QC and manufacturing systems (LIMS, CoA, Chromatography, MES) regional projects enhancing 90% of harmonization and 100% of changes completed.• Developed strategy that ensured 100% of informatics services.• Designed and implemented CSV program, obtaining 100% of GMP relevant systems validated• Designed regional planning and master data processes, implementing SAP R/3 PP module with 100% of adherence to plan.• Accurately analyzed and executed regional changes of PP module and master data attending and solving 100% of requirements.• Re-designed and implemented logistics and production business processes with the Boehringer Mannheim acquisition and unbundling OTC division with 100% adherence to plan.
