My goal as production planner & requirement planner is to make sure that there is flow from raw material supply to the manufacture of products to satisfy the requirements of internal and external customers. To achieve this goal, I review the customers orders in the information system of the company to propose a weekly production plan by day and by shift according to the installed capacity and the constraints of the operations. I review the bottleneck process to consider the inventory level required, production time, number of containers, raw material and production lot quantity. Afterwards, I update the supplier forecast and procurement orders. I arrange the raw material pick up and the customer deliveries. I control the returnable containers as well. Besides, I review the production sequence priority at the heat treatment area.I follow up the monthly KPI’s of the segment: logistics cost, production orders cost, WIP inventory level and finished good inventory level and supplier accomplishment. I participate in the internal audits of operations localization and I review that the open points of the supply chain audit are completed. I also take part in the development of the VSM, set up wheel and integrated planning.I also guide the multi-disciplinary team to solve problems of the supply chain and propose improvements in the processes

To achieve this goal, I manage the customers orders in the information system of the company; I shape a sales plan according to forecasts and a finished goods production plan.I also analyze the inventory level of finished goods and semi finished goods according to the production plan.We verify as a team that the weekly, daily and by shift production plans are updated and carried out by the manufacturing team, considering the manufacturing capacity and other internal constraints of the manufacturing process.I also verify that the supplier purchase orders and forecast are updated and carried out each week according to the production plan of finished goods and semi finished goods.I follow up the monthly KPI’s of production planning: production plan accomplishment, logistics costs, production orders costs, WIP inventory level and finished goods inventory level too.We analyse as a team the ECN/ECR internal and external, to carry out the planning of the engineering change in the supply chain, and I change the BOM and orders to comply with the information system as well.I check that the system planning parameters are being correctly maintained and that the inventory adjustment is completed according to the cycle count schedule.I audit the supply chain processes according to the internal procedures and assure the update of auditable documents.

My goal as master production planner is to develop the production plan of finished goods and semi finished goods each week to meet the requirements internal and external customers. To achieve this goal, I analyze the sales plan and propose production plan of finished goods and semi finished goods in a detailed way, by day and shift according to the capacity and the constraints of the manufacturing line.I verify the the working load of each working station and then inform if extraordinary work is needed. I check daily the production results and I also review the plan deviations.We review in a daily meeting the availabilty of the resources (equipment, personel, components) to carry out the production plan, and I inform about the plan deviations. I review as well the WIP inventory level and the finished goods inventory level.I verify the planning paramters of the articles and the do the inventory adjustments in the system according to the cycle count schedule.
