Design of all types of electric motors (IM, PMSM, WFC, BDC, BLDC, SynRM). Used Finite Element Method for design analysis. Tested and validated electric motors. Programmed SEVCON motor controller. Created 3D look-up tables for improved performance of motors.

Worked on several departments of the powertrain division. Design of a new high speed electric motor mounted on-wheel with water-jacket cooling. Study of motor control algorithms and tuned a commercial motor controller in order to optimize the overall effciency. Development and testing of a Silicon Carbide inverter custom-made. Designed two new concepts of battery packs for car traction. Studied and tested to model each cell. Modelization of the whole powertrain for the car.

Leading of the powertrain departments of the car. Managed and planned the production of a new electric motor concept with a new water jacket cooling adapted to the new motors mounted on-wheel, the design of a custom-made coldplate for the inverters. Cell aging treatment and Kalmann filter modeling. Planned the production of a whole new battery pack.
