Responsible for driving sales through proficiency in VM. Using my creative VM skills for aesthetically enhancing the Merchandise Display to achieve better sale through of the merchandise. Creating theme and stories for the week/season/occasion in line with all the brands and getting it implemented across all the stores. KRA ● Creating Docket which would include entire weekly plan of action for the season which would be shared on Season Launch and on weekly basis. Docket contains brand wise specific Product highlight of the week as per trend/occasion/festival/Scheme and Offers.● Responsible for the ownership of all of the VM Requirement for Marketing program & seasonal promotions.● Analyzing Sale through of the weekly Highlighted Merchandise. Working on the fast moving products and getting it displayed across all the stores for getting the better sale. Studying Lower Sale through Merchandise report and getting the Best Display done for the slow moving merchandise.● Regular Visit to all the stores and working on Individual store VM aspect and making it more enhanced aesthetically – wall planogram, Fixture alignment, Ideal Racking capacity planning, Brand allocation and proper VM display as per the VM standard.● Weekly review with store team and checking the Merchandise display of all the brands whether the display is done as per the docket. Reviewing overall sales and sale through of the product which is highlighted.● Co-ordination with Brand for maintaining their product story, Highlights, Scheme and offers.

● Responsible for the ownership of all of the VM Requirement for Marketing program in East India Gini And Jony stores. ● Timely delivery of Visual merchandise to the assigned stores as per season and scheme.● Getting Planogram implementation done at all EBO and LFS counters.Widow Display implementation - After receiving the window display creative need to prepare a trial display at one store. Further procuring sizes for other window and adapting the artwork accordingly and implementing the window display across zone as per theme & available stock. Sharing the implementation pictures of the windows with the management.● Providing artwork for all the marketing activities. - creating artwork for all in-store visuals and Branding available at the EBO, LFS, MBO, FSO. - Creating artwork for different Façade of all the EBO’s. - Creating artwork for outdoor branding i.e. Hoarding, FOC, SOH. - Coordinating with News Paper Add agency and providing artwork for Add Publishing. - Creating artwork for Flyers, Paper Inserts And Brochures.● Printing & Delivery. Providing Prints for each all In-store Visual & Branding space for EBO, LFS, FSO, MBO on time. After the artwork approval need to send all the creative’s to Vendor for printing and getting the prints delivered on time to the stores. ● Ensure the good quality of the Visual Merchandise for the stores.● Responsibilities include market research and propose designs for new season and regional festivals.● Identifying vendors & Negotiating Rates for Printing & installation. Getting Rates comparison from multiple vendors. Working on the cost sheets for Zone Printing. Getting Purchase Order Raised.● As a whole work included from Creating Artwork, planning & designing with Marketing Team as per the season to timely delivery of the prints to the stores, working on Window layout for different EBO stores

I have worked with Clifton Trends as a Graphic designer for my Graduation Project.My Project included T-shirt graphic research and design, Web design, Packaging design and Brochure design.

Worked as an intern in TSBC Furniture’s Bangalore for duration of two months.The project was to design a website, which was to be done, right from clicking the pictures, designing the logo to coming up with the final website that would be launched. I also gained the technical know-how of the furniture industry, being in a production firm.
