My information technology background and experience in network maintenance, troubleshooting and other I.T system resolutions came from my passion in acquiring as much knowledge as I can from every possible situation that would arrive in front of me. I have over eight years of work experience in computer hardware maintenance and support. I have lately topped this valuable hardware knowledge with a two year program covering Microsoft Certified courses known as Professional Information Technology Course taken at Formatech and a graduation certificate issued by Notre Dame University (NDU) in October 2012. Together, they have given me a solid and strong knowledge in computer networking, maintenance and support. I believe I have a complete and overall knowledge to cover the known and unknown specs of all IT requirements.
