I also play a key role to provide product improvement feedback to PM/PMO and Tech Engineering Groups, to optimize product and user experience. My team are hands-on, allowing me to dig into critical issues with them, fact-finding whilst ongoing customer-engagement and conversations are strengthened and being a role model to improve the skill and relationships of our internal and external stakeholders.
