Conducted reviews into potentially suspicious wire transactions processed through Barclays correspondent banking relationships across both the UK & German jurisdictions. Full investigations were undertaken on these cases, with either a written disposition fully explaining why the risk was mitigated, or a SAR was raised.

I directly managed up to nine employees across the Trade Support and Service Management team within Operations. This role allowed me to oversee and support the implementation of further changes in both the MiFID II & Structural Reform Project (SRP) projects in a management role. I supported the team in building a more robust break management process, improved the Service Management relationship with the Offshore Chennai Settlements teams and reduced key man dependencies on numerous processes within the team.
