Responsible for accurate financial reporting and forecasting for the site capital project portfolio, using SAP and working with onshore/offshore accounting teams to monitor quarterly and annual spend and provide early warning of deviations from plan. Project controls and planning for major plant and equipment and construction projects. Working closely with project managers and contractors to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting of costs and timescales, and control of contractor payment in accordance with agreed payment schedulesProject management of small scale technical projects from inception through to handover with full accountability for delivery in accordance with end user requirements, regulatory requirements and agreed costs and timescales. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional project teams, identifying and managing suitable contractors and suppliers, controlling costs and plans and delivering progress reports to key stakeholders.

Responsible for project support for the Capital Projects department with responsibilities including monitoring, controlling and reporting department KPIs, management and maintenance of project and timesheet database systems and project purchasing and payment responsibility for all major projects
