My duties as Senior Financial Operation Administrator were downloading files from various banks’ web site. I did daily detailed checking and reconciliation of bank statements files. I operated in house software to communicate with Banks used by BFS finance Ltd. I also recorded all relevant data in relation to client files on excel spreadsheets in a timely and accurate manner. I was in charge of doing reconciliation and matching relevant information regarding amounts approved and declined against bank statements. Analysis of deviations.I handled queries from the Clients, Client Managers, Senior Analyst or Billing Administrators regarding files transferred. I was also involved in organizing and giving training to the new members.
