I am a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management. I currently work at Siemens Canada as a member of their Digital Industries department. As a customer support representative, I process incoming customer orders, inquiries, and service requests. I also manage and file client information, monitor back orders and allocations, and generate reports as required (RMA, etc.).I plan to pursue a career in Supply Chain Management in the Greater Toronto Area. I aim to help companies maximize logistical efficiency with my applied skillset of computer knowledge, Lean Six Sigma, and concern for ethics in the modern-day business world. In the meantime, I will continue to build a solid professional network while I acquire new skills in my early career.
