I enjoy taking on new challenges to help me develop new skills. I have a diversified background with experience in recruiting including the full life cycle hiring process. My most recent experience has been in the logistics field, specifically in transportation. I have established relationships with truckload carriers to fulfill our customers freight shipment needs. I have worked with a variety of customers ranging from paper to grocery companies to assist in moving their shipments. I currently manage a team under our national accounts division to effectively fulfill our customers transportation needs. I am a great trainer and have developed a few team members who have since gotten promotions within the company. I am currently looking for a new opportunity with a company that is looking to grow and offers advancement opportunities. In my free time, I enjoy traveling. I love to visit new destinations and learn about other cultures. I obtained a BA in International Affairs and hope to use my degree to learn about the world and hopefully have an opportunity to make an impact to better our planet.
