Reporting to CEO, managed 8 engineers, 3 technicians and 2 assemblers.- Oversaw the engineering, manufacturing and sustaining team in developing, producing, and sustaining high-tier Measurement While Drilling (MWD) and Logging While Drilling (LWD) surface and downhole systems.- Managed all electrical engineering personnel and personally led coordination between electrical, firmware, software, mechanical, physicist, and manufacturing team, leading to a successful multi-million-dollar engineering projects completion, meeting the company's strategic and financial goals.- Introduced and implemented management methodologies, including manufacturing task scheduling, procurement planning and inventory tracking system suitable for a startup company.- Deployed a continuous improvement system that significantly improved the reliability and efficiency of PCB assembly, tool production and testing.- Successfully managed and negotiated over $2M of purchase orders with suppliers throughout COVID-19 recession.

- Led a Task Force team to resolve critical issues on EU Regulatory Compliance (CE Marking, RoHS, WEEE).- Integral role on cross-functional teams that helped the center pass regulatory compliance audit at the first round.- Developed compliance processes and procedures which were adopted by worldwide Research, Engineering, Sustaining and Manufacturing populations across all technology centers.- Trained Center Manager, other managers at various level and engineers on regulatory compliance requirements for new product development and existing products in manufacturing.- Initiated and led Digital Transformation on regulatory compliance management.

- Promoted as the guardians of Schlumberger’s knowledge in the Electrical domain. - Owned processes and standards and served as the center’s gatekeeper of new product’s electrical and electronics design readiness. - Acted as a subject matter expert regarding electrical engineering design, ensuring that project's needs and objectives were met.- Functionally managed the carrier development of 150+ Electrical Engineers and Technicians. Played a key role in designing and implementing growth program for the center's electrical engineering competencies.

- Planned and executed a $4M annual budget program and technically led a group of 15 engineers and technicians to develop and commercialize 9 technology projects in Drilling & Measurement (D&M). - Develop D&M technology projects roadmap with collaboration between technology centers in Japan, UK, France, and the United States.- Personally led a cross-functional and cross-center team effort to resolve critical technical issues.- Presented project progress through weekly status/issues and "Obeya Room" to track the program progress against the project plan.- Maintained effective communication between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain operations and support disciplines.

- Managed a $6M annual budget program and technically led a group of 20 engineers and technicians to develop 6 projects in Wireline, Coiled Tubing Services and Slickline. - Successfully commercialized 4 projects within 5 years which involved heavy collaboration between technology centers in Japan, China, and the United States.- Created workable, practical, and measurable work plans / project schedules defining activities and deliverables with internal project teams.- Developed yearly/quarterly detailed budget including forecasting, with future tracking, analysis and reporting.- Organized a company-wide workshop and published a whitepaper on Schlumberger’s Wireline Telemetry Systems roadmap for the next 5-20 years.

- Developed a high-speed digital communication system for extreme environment with data rate of 10,000 times the existing Mud-Pulse Telemetry system, which was considered as the game changer in Drilling & Measurement business. - As the only Electrical Engineer in the early phase of the project, developed the whole system from scratch, which include the telemetry interface module electronics and data communication protocol between downhole and surface.

- Designed the first 200degC prototype electronics of the next generation Wireline Telemetry downhole controller.- Developed firmware for high-speed downhole tool bus with inter-tool communications capability.
