As an Organization Development professional I have worked extensively in the Insurance industry and in Government. I have international business experience, having been based in Zurich Switzerland for five years, and have successfully led large scale and high impact initiatives incorporating: leadership development, succession planning, coaching, organizational effectiveness, high potential identification, employee engagement, competency modeling, and strengths-based career development. In 2014, our executive leadership work at the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services (ODJFS) was selected by HR.Com and Leadership Excellence Magazine from over 100 government and military leadership development programs as a top 3 best practice. Top three winners in other industry groups include General Electric (large industry)and The University of Michigan (University led Executive Education).
