Endologix is a privately held medical technology company (currently wholly owned by Deerfield Management Company) that develops, manufactures, markets and sells innovative medical devices for the treatment of aortic disorders. The company’s Alto and AFX products are intended for the minimally invasive endovascular treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA).

In addition to directing legal matters for the Company, I worked in close partnership with the Company's CEO to address and execute major strategic and tactical iniitatives, including M&A, fundraising, business development, partnering, corporate governance, HR and investor relations matters. Acquired by Dare Bioscience (NASDAQ: DARE) in November 2019.

Responsible for all legal in-house requirements and management of outside counsel. Merger with Foamix Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (Nasdaq: FOMX) announced Nov 2019 and completed March 2020.

Merger with KalVista Pharmaceuticals completed in November 2016.
