Currently working within two companies: InCaps and Re:Sourced Direct. InCaps is a new supplier of premium branded headwear, focusing on the corporate, club and charity space, looking to provide those industries with higher quality products, for less. By embroidering preproduction the level of customization available is unlimited and an exciting project. Re:Sourced Direct offers a sourcing service, delivering consumable, merchandise and promotional goods sourcing to help alleviate costs and expenses associated with these products in our business. Prio to this, I spent 11 years in the golf industry, entering the industry in entry-level positions and developing my skills to become and effective manager, my range of skills is diverse and encompasses all facets of golf management. My roles have included private and public operations, as well as multi-venue facilities. I have significant experience in food and beverage operations, as well as functions, events, sales and marketing. Project Management has also been a part of my experience, overseeing CAPEX projects and liaising with key stakeholders across the business. I believe the key in delivering exceptional service first requires an understanding of customers needs and wants. Once that is known, the teams aim is before simply trying to meet and hopefully exceed those expectations - a principle I believe applies in any customer facing business.
