Army Training Support Center

Managed the live fire and maneuver training requirements for all Army schools. Analyzed training plans and strategies to determine the facility requirements to support training goals. Afghanistan

Commanded a team of advisers that trained the first Afghan National Civil Order Police (ANCOP) unit. Performed mission isolated in a foreign culture where interpersonal relations were key to success. Planned and executed the initial training program for ANCOP. Accompanied ANCOP during combat operations, providing planning guidance and direct support to ensure mission accomplishment.
