I contributed to Schuco’s Solar Division’s 3-5 year business plan for the US including information on target customers (industry location, purchase preference, margin requirements, etc), sales pricing, volume forecast, sales and marketing cost, distribution requirements, organizational requirements and cost estimates. I implemented change into Schuco’s business model of dealer direct to accommodate distributors in other markets such as HVAC; developed solar dealerships in the Caribbean, which included implementing programs for sales/marketing and installation training; enhanced Schuco’s Dealer Installation Training Program by restructuring classroom presentation and adding hands on training; developed Schuco’s Dealer Certification Program. This became the first solar manufactures dealer training program to be approved by NABSEP for 18 continuing education credits. Developed and managed Dealer Training Program that included Solar Fundamentals, Thermal I -Installation, Thermal II - Design, PV Installation, & Sales seminars. I conducted East Coast Thermal I and Thermal II courses and designed and implemented Consumer Protection Plan that included Extended 5 year Maintenance Policy underwritten by A Rated Insurance Company. I additionally was in charge of Specialty Accounts which included distributors and Caribbean accounts
