As one of the founders of Unison Site Management, an industry leader in negotiating wireless lease buyouts, David has two decades of valuable experience procuring/managing data, CRM development, product development, and origination. He also understands the key components of legal diligence and legal negotiations.David has had a hand in hiring 70 originators for Unison across the U.S, opening new markets for outside (field) origination in Detroit, Chicago, Los Angeles, Portland, and Seattle, as well as managing several other established markets. He has also started up and managed an inside (call) origination team in Chicago, IL. Being an open, approachable, and communicative manager is where David really shines. David now turns his focus to developing an origination team and working with established organizations to build a large portfolio of sites across all of Europe.As Co-Founder of Cellular Lease Consultants, David used his expertise to negotiate cellular lease extensions and buyouts for landlords. He forged successful working relationships with companies such as American Tower, Crown Castle, SBA towers, Vertical Bridge, T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, Tower Point, K-2 Towers, and Melody Wireless Infrastructure. Running Cellular Lease Consultants between his time at Unison in the U.S. and now his return to Unison and running Europe has been invaluable. David recently received his executive MBA from Bologna Business School.
