My role focussed on best practice in financial reporting, and the annual audit process for a group of 40 companies across Europe. I implemented best practice accounting policies and lead the project on appointing new auditors and restructuring the way the audit would be conducted. Following a move to Bedford I will remain with Grosvenor as a part time consultant to ensure that the business continues to move forward, whilst introducing products from the very successful Dr Fresh range in the US.
