Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic in charge of maintaining the fleet of Busses and WES commuter rail trains.Duties included: Supervising mechanics, Scheduling work, tracking service intervals, working with contractors to oversee upgrades and warranty repairs, Creating SOP's. work with the FRA to make sure all work and repairs are in compliance. Work closely with union and non union employees to solve grievances as well as implement and monitor all aspects of safety as the Chairman of the safety comity.
