As global HR executive, built/developed all aspects of Human Resources, Legal, Environmental Health & Safety, and Security Department for 2,000 team members as company opened first start-up manufacturing operation in North America. Currently manage $150M budget and oversee HR, Legal, and EHS in multiple locations: US, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil. Multi-site Divisional HR leadership role encompassed all aspects of the North American Division for Human Resources and Safety for 1,300-employees plus 550 onsite contractors in five North American operations facilities. Reported to VP of Finance/Administration. Oversaw $90M budget and 10 direct reports. Responsibilities included employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, health and safety, recruitment, productivity improvements, training and organizational development, and workers compensation in a lean, team oriented environment.
