I perform a role for Serena in which I bridge the functions of pre- and post- sales implementation. My current focus is on leading efforts to integrate the new Mariner Project Portfolio Management Solution into Serena's product set in the UK. I also work on Serena's TeamTrack process automation solution and on integrations between it and third party products such as HP Quality Centre.In the past I have worked on Serena's Collage Content Management solution. Whilst my focus has changed somewhat, I still service a large number of Collage customers and enjoy content management and the challenges it provides.

I have been part of a three person partnership developing web-based solutions since 1997. We started in Chicago, which is where we are all from. We moved to London in late 2000 and have been here ever since. Though the company is small, that is because it is mainly a vehicle for our ambitions, rather than a venture designed to make huge fortunes. So far, we have used it to travel all over the world and to run businesses in two countries. That experience, as well as the responsibility and freedom that have come with it, have really shaped my career and my approach to work.
